Donna Peppa Clinic appointment

A simple question but difficult at the time.
After 2 months here we needed a Drs appointment at the Donna Peppa clinic, so last week we made an appointment for this week.
We arrived at the clinic and was faced by a line of about 20 people being waited on by 2 receptionists. We were unable to find anyone to answer our question...Do we have to revisit the reception prior to the interview or do we proceed directly to the Drs waiting area at the prescribed time of the appointment

Go straight to your Drs waiting area and wait to be called in.
