"Arrested 9 times for similar offences". That says it all really doesn't it.

I still think it's important knowing they have been arrested. For sure, they are still going to be in the community but it does make life really much more difficult for them to operate. When it get's to the point that the costs outweigh the benefits they will start to change.

I am really not sure what more you can do than this. I certainly don't want to see a Saudi type scenario where people lose their hands or whatever.

Just my view.

Maybe they should of been sent to prison perhaps? Or deported.

I'm all for leniency and all that, but 9 times? And she's still out and about committing the same crimes? How many more times will it take before she is no longer a menace to society?
