Vista Lounge on the high street in Quesada used to advertise them, not sure if they still do. Also Bar Principles at La Marquesa more recently.

Bennies formentera. Amazing food 14,50
For afternoon tea or 19.50 with unlimited cava.

Restaurante Carmens in El Chaperal do an afternoon tea, but only once a month. It's extremely good (and generous) at only €12 including a glass of cava. Also, The Yorkshire Pud in Algorfa might do it.

For ambience and food quality the journey to Teteina in La Marina is well worth it.
