Getting to guardamar del segura

Is it possible to get a bus to the beach of guardamar del segura from Quesada ?
I am looking to buy a property in October and i dont drive

No,you can get a bus to Guardamar bus station from Rojales & then a 15min walk to the beach, the buses are few & far between though & virtually non existent on a weekend.
The lack of public transport in & around Quesada is one of the main reasons we moved to Guardamar from Quesada some five years ago.
