hi, i know this is the wrong place, does anyone know what delores is like, thinking of buying a property there.

Initially,do you or a friend have a car ? Cada uno tiene su gusto .

Very Spanish, pretty limited shopping, not really a place to live without transport.

Why Dolores?

hi, we used to have a place in torrevieja for 15 years, wanted somewhere quieter,think delores is to quiet, where would you recommend around that area,
also catral not for me,would like somewhere a bit more to do. thanks mick

Define "more to do", it means something different to everyone?

I live in Dolores totally luv it, been here 10 year and no complaints, very much spanish tho.
Great people,enough shops, market on a friday, cafés, bars, supermarkets etc, really has everything u need but yes a car is probably a must. But quesada is only a 15 min drive away and guadamar beach about the same 15 mins.

I could not imagine living in Dolores without some means of transport, be it a car or a motorbike. Its a very quiet place indeed, which is good or bad, depending on what you are looking for in life.
