Question about household waste - old paints, chemicals

Please advise. Where can I dispose of old packaging including paints, oils and chemicals used in the house? Is it possible to leave them with the regular containers? Thank you.

You shouldn't leave them by the bins - that's illegal.
Take them to the eco park opposite the water park, or to the eco van by the Rojales market every other Thursday (including today).

I hate it when I see paint pots left at the side of the bins, I know people mean well and maybe leave it there if somebody else wants it but I don't trust the little Herbert's that could sling it across the road so I put them in the bin
