As already has been advised by Paul58, you should stay with the stable plan. Non-residents have moved to the eight hour plans but the tafiff outside those hours are higher so you actually end up paying more - for 32 weeks of the year you can't take advantage of this lower rate but pay the higher rate outside of the eight hours for 52 weeks.
