That’s what I understood you to say Marcliff. How a sister can be considered less than a great grandparent seems unbelievable. The allowance group 3 get is only around 7000€ ludicrous so I sincerely hope they will abolish it too for this group or at the very least raise it to a more reasonable amount

It says on Spanishpropertyinsight it is abolished for groups 1 and 2 in Comm Valenciana from 28th May last.

Group I: Natural and adopted children under 21.

Group II: Natural and adopted children over 21, spouse, registered civil partnerships, parents, adoptive parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents.

It is expected Group 111 will also be included shortly
i.e Group III: Relatives in second and third degree: in-laws, brothers/sisters (siblings), nephews/nieces, aunts and uncles.
