I emailed Steve today and he is too busy to attend to requests for work...not surprising really..

We booked Steve Birkett but have almost a 3 week wait just because of his workload, he came and fixed one for us which needed a little gas and he was saying in this heat he's dead on his feet and of course sweating right through, even trainers were soaked. He starts early and doesn't finish until 9+, not much of a life but good at what he does. Hes due to us on the 8th.

Steve Birkett is always our go to guy and best option. I expect that is why he is so busy.

But if your aircon goes down and it's 39 degrees you really don't want to wait weeks to get it fixed.
