treatment of hunting dogs

Good morning

I am asking all animal lovers to sign an online petition. www.perrosdecaza.org.Due to the strength of the hunting brigade in Spain, hunting dogs have been left out of the latest animal welfare laws. The government promised some improving measures would be taken but have now reneged on this. The article explains exactly how they are treated and I have been unfortunate enough to see this on a small scale locally. Hopefully the more who sign will show that there are people who care. I would also be grateful if you could spread the word. Thank you

Google galgos del sol ,a rescue centre in Murcia- to see how these poor animals are left abandoned.and find new homes...heartbreaking/ heartwarming too ..they have a Facebook page too.
