Internet Radio

Looking for a portable internet radio we can take out & about in the garden. Seen them on line ( Amazon etc ) but wondered if anyone knows a retailer who would stock these. Media Mart seemed the obvious choice but no luck there.

Some of the on-line descriptions are a bit vague & some cheaper ones seem like just a "repeater" for an in-house laptop etc.

I'm a bit vague on some of the tech aspects & would appreciate advice from anyone who's already been down this road.

An easier and cheaper option would be to ask Alexa to play your favourite radio stations.
Unfortunately you’ve just missed the Amazon sale, but you can either buy a portable echo device or if you already have Alexa on your phone (or elsewhere) you can connect to a portable Bluetooth speaker.

We use a Bluetooth speaker and play music or radio through our iPhones It never ceases to amaze me how simple it is to listen to music anywhere you are. Same in the car!

Download an app called Radio Garden on your phone/tablet. It's free and you can listen to radio stations from cities all over the world.
