How long on average does a local property purchase take to complete. Thanks

Ours took five weeks recently

You can agree that with the vendor. It also depends if you are a cash buyer. When you sign the reservation contract you usually say when the completion date will be.

Ours took 5 months, nothing happened during August

We had our offer accepted and completed in 8 days (that’s including a weekend).

My completion date was agreed when deposit was paid but completion date was kick down the road by 10 days luckily both parties had given Power of attorney. But I had flight booked and missed out both s1th3 happens it over and done with
