Samsung freezer engineer

Does anyone know of a company who have qualified Samsung tall freezer engineers please.

We have tried everything in the book but it won’t go below -23 and I’ve put it on Fast Freeze to save some of the food, everything on shelves will have to be binned in the morning but the food in drawers are all still frozen.

There’s a Samsung repair shop on Calle Lorca in Torrevieja ( tv). Worth asking for an engineer’s contact details . ( close to Tango beside Playa del Cura beach)
Unless your fridge/ freezer is still under warranty, use any domestic engineer.

Isn't -23 pretty cold?

We think we have it sorted now. Had to throw away food in the open top area but drawers were still frozen solid.
We removed the back again and cleared a tube etc. and it’s ok so far.
It’s under 10 year warranty (purchased 2020) but we thought we would try a general DIY ourselves first.

If you goggle Samsung fridge freezer faults you will find the reason for your fault . The drain hole you cleaned out has a smal heater at the top. The heater is not strong enough causing the condensation and blockage in the end you get a ice building up at the bottom of your freezer.
