House Deeds help

Hi how easy is it to do a deed transfer? We need my partners name taking off the deeds to our property in Spain .

Our fluent English-speaking lawyer is able to help you with this if required..

Initially, the fee is just 99€ including iva for a consultation of up to 1 hour where he will explain fully what is required and how it is done.

If you then wish to instruct him to carry out the work for you, the 99€ consultation fee will be deducted from the fee for that work.

If you wish to conduct the work yourself, then the consultation fee is all you will pay to be given all the info you need.

Thanks all my first quote back was over £7k to take 1 name off the deeds .

Doesn't surprise, minus estate agents fees it could roughly equate to a sale and a purchase with their attendant costs.

Indeed .... I'll await some more costs back (if they ever come back to me )

I have just seen this.

We are coming towards the end of the 2 week period where most of the legal and judicial system in Spain are on holiday so that is maybe why some advisors and legal companies are taking a little longer than usual to get back to you.

The industry should begin to return to normal from next Monday onwards.
