Iberdrola at Habaneras

Does anybody know if the temporary Iberdrola desk is still at Habaneras please? If so what hours is somebody there? Thanks

That person is just an agent not employed by iberdrola they are self employed and are paid commission

They are there every day from 10 ish and inside leroy merlin

They are as stated above self employed , so therefore they will sell you anything to enable them to claim there commission and bonuses , THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND ........!!!

Go to an IBERDROLA office to get a tarrif or deal to suit you not a third parties pocket .

I've been to the guys in habaneras the past 2 years can't fault them excellent service explain what you want and they are helpful.
The main office in guadamar ripped us off never going back there again

Assuming you are wanting a better deal,the best deals are usually online,if you can get into your customer area on your bill, use that & there is a facility to convert it to English ,also you can leave a phone number & they get back to you,it was next day in our case,but they did ring back in English.Just beware of them adding insurance policies on without asking,tell them you don’t want them,of course unless you do. We used the guy in Haberneras earlier this year. Very helpful and very good English. Assured me that we would be saving with the rate he offered. I actually read through all the contract quite carefully and then discovered that we had been signed up to a monthly insurance premium. Although it was only a few euros a month it had not been mentioned during our discussion. It took me several emails and a letter to Iberdrola to cancel the contract. Be careful when you agree to a new contract and read it!!
