Totally agree, regardless of the rights or wrongs of it the handful of Euros you're talking about simply are not worth the time and aggro.

Just bin Movistar and move on.

I have used AHI EUROPA for a few years now I get 2 numbers unlimited calls unlimited data and pay 19 euros per month

I only have a phone for emergencies so it's not suitable for me to pay a monthly contract. As soon as i hear of the proper channels to do so, i will be making a complaint against movistar.

Thanks, but if the purpose of your link was to provide a means to complain to movistar, i have already gone down that route as previously explained. Customer service is only in Spanish, and the only other way to contact them is via social media, which i am not a part of.

Looks like email to the head office is the only way as Movistar shops are franchises and not interested in complaints
Torrevieja have a complaints office at La Mata where they deal with complaints against big companies
