No, it isn't. It is 200 whatever. Read the HM government up to date site, not the ones that are outdated when we were in the EU.

You're getting that information from a site that has this at the bottom:

Best thing is to give up smoking and encourage everyone you know who smokes to give up. Its a vile habit that kills you.

Or you could sit next to a non smoking vegan and welcome death as a blessed relief after 30 minutes or so listening to them.
