Paco's??!!! Fine, if you like cheap and cheerful Spanish!

For a special occasion, I'd recommend La Finca, a Michelin star restaurant on the outskirts of Elche:

Expensive, but superb quality.

We went to Punta prima restaurant for my wife’s birthday recently, lovely food and overlooking the sea, it’s about a 15 -20 minute drive from you, good parking as well.

It'll be Punta Prima Restaurant I assume. We had a fabulous 14 course meal at a business event there one Xmas years ago. Ideal location for sure: https://www.restaurantepuntaprima.com/
