Restaurant Recommendations

Hi hoping for recommendations for a nice restaurant preferably in a nice setting with views?
We are over at the weekend and celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary- so far I’ve struggled to find anything nice which opens on a Monday which is the day of our anniversary
Any suggestions please - husband not a lover of fish so varied menu

Vela Beach La Mata is nice food and lovely view as it's right on the prom, obviously it's a drive away but worth it. Look on TripAdvisor for pictures. Another one we liked was Restaurant Barlovento also in La Mata, it's. Like a ship right on the beach, good food, expensive though and when we look at reviews, not all good but as I say, we enjoyed it.
