Visit of Australian friends

Visit of Australian friends

Postby elliechalk » Fri Aug 11, 2023 2:49 pm

We have friends visiting us from Australia for 6 days from 17August. Any suggestions where we can take them during the day? We plan on eating out most evenings so will need to be back in time to get ready to go out for meals. We’ll go to Novelda, Los Alcazares/Mar Menor. But will be grateful for any advice. Also are there any fiestas on in the area that we can take them to? Thank you

Mud baths in lo pagan are great for a day out, or guadalest by coach, algar waterfalls, or even a day trip to benidorm something different

Alicante has to be on the list. Such an interesting place and lots to see. The Marina, town hall and surrounding old town, the castle, mushroom street and plenty of nice places for lunch
