There are 2 currency exchange bureaux in the main street in Quesada. One is just past the Sabadell Bank, on the left just after you pass through the Arches. The other is in the shopping mall further up the main road on the right hand side, just before the roundabout.

Those are mid-market rates. No one, other than perhaps a generous friend planning a visit to Norway, will buy cash for that. Europound on the high street is offering €78 today. The only way to get anything like the mid-market rate is from an ATM with a debit card, but that will depend on your bank and I have no experience of Norwegian banks. Anyone can buy NOK1227 at Europound with €110 today, so maybe someone visiting Norway soon would offer you €90 which would be a win for both of you.
