No mention… but these are the Decrees if anyone needs them help or for future reference

Although Decree 92/2009 is the legal text that establishes the general regulations for holiday rentals in the Valencian Community, the Decree 75/2015 partially modified the 92/2009 Decree. One of the most important changes made is that EVERY homeowner (even if you only owns a single holiday rental) must register its property at the "Registro General de Empresas, Establecimientos y Profesiones Turísticas".

Have you got a lawyer you could ask? They should know. We use a company where we pay a yearly fee and we can pop in and adk things like this.

These are the requirements for tourist rentals in Comm Valenciana. It says only accommodation under the Superior Category is required to provide Aircon
