Call out and broken internet charges

Today my internet ceased working, the subsequent problem was a cable breaking in the wall connection. To my surprise we were charged a callout and repair charge, this being on top of a
monthly fee of 32 90 euros. Surprised at the hidden charges of some of these bargain deals

Hi we had exactly the same problem as you 3 months ago and we weren't charged a penny in fact one time he came after his working hours free of charge because we were on his way home what a service!

Wouldn’t call 32.90 a bargain deal.

Which company was this as we have never had a call out charge or repair charge for any repairs

Vega fibre have told us when we've been in to report a fault that if the engineer comes out and the faults our fault We'd get charged. We haven't yet, theyvey just replaced the router FOC

I have been with Vega Fibra for 4 years and find them excellent.If it is not their fault then making a charge is fair enough.

The company is DVBlab based near Quesada. The staff are very nice to deal with but I think there charges are a little too high-
Earlier this month I queried their charge for unlimited European mobile and internet.
I was informed that the deal includes free TV (which I don't need)
I'd love to hear of better deals in the area from reliable users
