Hi. I have an aluminium tilt and turn window that I can’t open. The locking mechanism has broken and I can’t open it . Is there anywhere I can go to get this fixed.

I’d pop into a local window makers and show a video or photos of the window. There’s bound to be a crystal….. shop near where you are ( can’t spell the Spanish word for window makers , apologies)
