Selling property

Selling property

Postby Steve wilkins » Mon Sep 04, 2023 1:16 pm

Anyone have any recommendations for property buying/selling websites which reach an international audience, along with low or one off fees?

Had a look at rightmove and they want to charge £130 per month, with a minimum contract of 3 months just to advertise, which i think is excessive.

Thanks

Idealista and Fotocasa, I think they are both free, but on Idealista if you want to withhold your address they charge you €9.90.

Wording from Idealista website.

Have your pictures handy. If you don't have them, you can add them later. Without pictures you won't get results.
We give you the first two listings for free to let you try our service. You can publish free listings for flats, houses, garages, plots, commercial properties, etc. until you sell or rent them.

In addition, you can publish up to 5 rooms in a shared flat for free and these are not included within the number of listings we give you.

In order to maintain the quality of our service, we need to charge a fee in the following cases:

advertisers with more than two listings
duplicated property listings
properties for sale for more than 1,500,000 €
properties for rent for more than 3,000 €/month

A couple more where people look.

Milanuncios the same as our Buy and Sell. You buy credits.

https://www.milanuncios.com/inmobiliaria/

This is Habitaclia another popular website like Idealista. Reading the terms and conditions they say it's free

As long as you don't upset your potential buyers.

Identify it as a property sale, include plenty of pictures, write a lovely description and be prepared to tactfully deal with questions that don't seem relevant.

Thanks for the replies.

As a further enquiry. Can anyone recommend a lawyer for selling purposes, and do you even need one if it's a private sale? One has quoted me somewhere in the region of 2500e just to sell. Seems excessive.

Bianca Mendez, situated in the NGS office, by the Galp fuel station at the Arches, charged us €450 for conveyancing two years ago. There are, of course, other selling costs, but they were her fees.
