I had my knee done and yes feet first , I had headphones on and my hospital had a selection of over 200 albums to listen to whilst having it done 20 mins if I recall, was a little while.

Had mine done privately in Orihuela..no tube to go in..just lie on a bed with knee placed by technician ...machine is only over your knee.Mine was done under ASSSA
