Disposal of an old mattress via Ayuntamiento

We've been trying to contact the Ayuntamiento, at Rojales, for some weeks now, to try and arrange for them to collect an old mattress. We've tried via the Geocor app, Wattsap and the telephone number previously provided via a post on this site. +34 689 600 184, Even though messages have been left, on all three, no-one's bothered to get back to us. Does anyone have a different number or method of contact? Thanks in advance.
