Hola
Some advice please
we have just put our apartment on the market - to be sold furnished
do we need to leave things like crockery, cutlery, bedding etc or are these considered to be 'personal items
Many thanks

Decide what you want to take with you then make an inventory of what is included in the sale and make sure you and the buyer agree and both sign to say so .

Surprised your agent hasn’t clarified this, after all, this is exactly the kind of detail they should be dealing with for their exorbitant fees!
As jpeg says, you should do a ‘complete’ inventory so that any potential buyers can see upfront what is included when they view your house. Best of luck with your sale.

We bought our house ‘sold as seen’ which included everything they didn’t want and loads of stuff we didn’t want either!!! No itinerary, they just took personal items. However, speak to Agent or Solicitor on the correct thing to do. Good luck with your sale.

Next door to dad left everything, the new people were happy to sling it out, clothes, shoes, paperwork, the lot.

We have just bought a house with everything in it that the sellers family didn’t want, we were happy to sort it out when we moved in, so you take what you need from your home and leave everything else there.

For your own protection and peace of mind, get a proper inventory drawn up before a sale and agreed with buyers when offer is made.
