ballustrade filler

Hi Folks
quite a few of our ballustrades have cracks - some quite wide.
Is there a filler that anyone has used successfully?
Will obviously need to paint after.

I used Tec7 on mine last year,

I haven't painted over it, but I've just looked and the bond still appears to be strong.

the structure of these is considerably weakened when the cracks happen. It’s because the metal reinforcement inside, has rusted, expanded, and causes the damage thats done. It’s entirely up to you what you do, but filler won’t cure anything, they still stay weakened and may become worse and dangerous to lean on. Suggest replacement with new ones.
