Do you need to register with Town Hall or can you drop into any of the bars on the list over the weekend

Pick up your card, all the bars will have them, but they do disappear quite quickly. Get the card stamped in the bars and if you visit the requisite number of bars you then need to register your card. Details will be on the card as to how many bars you need to visit and where to take the completed card.
