Advice needed

I was robbed a few weeks ago took everything, got new bank card but can only use it in cash machine, i need to activate it so i can make online payments, the bank are not much help, any advice please.

I thought by using it in the cash machine that activated it?

Have you got internet banking with your bank. If you do then you can normally activate it via the website in your account.

I used my own bank ATM in Los Montesinos.

Have you got the Sabadell app on your mobile, new cards can be controlled by this , it should also have been activated by using bank machine

Sabadell cards are automaticaly activated first time you use them to buy in a store with your pin after that they become cHIP AND PIN
