Car bringing back from Uk

Long shot but worth asking:

Does anybody need a car bringing back from UK to Spain. A friend has had their motor home stolen and are stranded with two dogs, well behaved dogs. They would bring it back.

What a nightmare for those people. Would their insurance company not repatriate them or arrange for them to hire transport i.e a motorhome especially with the dogs.

Apparently so far they've not been very helpful, They Cant get duplicate dog passports, all clothes, house and car keys for Spain in there. Very worrying for them especially as vehicle documents have address on them.

I can imagine all the "stuff" inside the van as you can bring so much with you. I hadn't even thought about the dog Passports. I wouldn't have even thought of taking a photocopy of them. Just where do you start. No hope of any sightings of the van I suppose from CCTV. Presumably it has Spanish Plates. As I say your worst nightmare.

Yes they have a sighting on the CCTV of it in Rayleigh weir underpass but they Haven't been able to access anymore CCTV.

That van will be in the old eastern bloc now getting a new identity ..!!

Hopefully they will get it back. It is a large motorhome so not exactly inconspicious. Probably whoever stole it had good local knowledge and it wasn't a random job. Can you buy a tracker that you could affix somewhere obscure on the van? Too late now I know.
