Remortgaging in Spain

Hi all,
I'm currently non-resident, with a property in Quesada. I have a Spanish mortgage- with Sabadell.
The payments have just shot up and I'm looking at a remortgage.
Is this something which anyone has experience of please and did you do it yourself or via a broker or online comparison site?

As I’ve said before, I strongly suggest you raise all funds in your own country, much easier to understand, better rates, and much less likely to be penalised for being an outsider.

Maybe remortgage your own home? For all the above reasons. Just a suggestion, hope you get fixed up ok
