Correos Express

Hi, advice needed.
I have a parcel which is supposed to be being delivered by Correos Express.
After several updates on delivery status, they have now said that they cannot find my address.
I have the option to select a local Correos office for me to collect it from, but once I select which office, it will not let me confirm.
Went to the Quesada office and they do not have it and said Correos Express is a different company.
Tried phoning them on different numbers and get cut off.
Any help would be appretiated.

They are absolutely useless. Lost so many items and always claim they cannot find our address. I had to drive out to them many times, eventually putting in a claim against them. I manually showed them my address and they added it to their system and now I have no problems.

They do not speak English.

Latest update: The seller of the item I purchased have contacted me today to ask for my address (again).
According to Correos Express I have a new delivery for tomorrow. Won't hold my breath.
Thank you for the reply, I might take a trip to Alicanti on Tuesday if the package has not arrived.
