Can anyone advise the best solution/cleaner to clean the decorative tiles around the pool. Ours look dull and dirty, tried a mild bleach without success.

Try Elbow Grease, brought ours up lovely. Think they have it in Tesco

A good brush and tile cleaner, Mercadona.

KH7 cleanse or basic washing up liquid

I use Baño cleaner applied to a plastic scouring pad on all my pool clients pools plus a lot of elbow grease if they are really bad and they come up a treat.

I turn my pool off for the winter, normally it is off now but the weather is exceptionlly warm
When i start using it again late april i always need to vacuum to waste and clean the tiles above water level
I use a product similar to this below, sorry about the font size
i bought a similar product, 5 litre in a pool shop sale 3 years ago for 5 euros and it just ran out this year
So i just used a kitchen spray and some watered down bleach to finish off
I found it easier to climb into the pool and clean it by hand with a kitchen sponge
