Hello,
Where can I get an official copy of the property deed? I mean the whole deed booklet.

If you had a mortgage then the bank will give you a copy when you complete.
The solicitor who completed the deal.#
The notary where you completed the deal is the best bet, though. They keep a copy and can provide you with one. Even if they are no longer in business they must transfer it to another notary which will be on record.

We were given a copia simple which works just as well as the original in most situations. Were you not given one of those when you bought?

Depending were you live,
You can go to the local land registry office, some small towns have there own office,
I dont know if Rojales does,
Dolores does, and it's as simple as walking in, wait your turn with photographic ID, a upto date utility or suma bill in your name,of the property in question, pay the fee , and wait there and then or call back, but your solicitor should hold a copia on your behalf, if you bought through him or her. ,

You can get an electronic copy from Registro online. You will need to know the exact name of the Notary used when buying the property. It costs €90+IVA
https://www.registro.es/Copia-de-Escrit ... arial.html

A Nota Simple from http://www.Registro.es costs €6

I did a quick check on the steps. I said No to the Notary and it then asks for your exact address and finds your property in seconds. You can have a paper copy for €185+IVA or a pdf by email for €90+IVA.
