Lost dog in dona pepa

Has anybody lost a small dog it’s been running around for 3 days now and has either a lead or rope dragging behind him he doesn’t seem to want to be caught seen him near the old finca and by the dog walking area.

Best to advise the policia local or if you have alertcops on your mobile you can film and it goes through to the relevant people automatically

Not sure that it doesn't want to be caught. Unfortunately, if it has been running around for 3 days dragging a leash it is probably scared. They go into fright / flight mode. Hopefully word gets to the owner where the dog is.
