Paying fine

I stood for30 minutes in the SUMA office in La Mata to pay fir 2 car parking fines. Told, we don’t do that. Go to Sabatel. I crossed the road and was delighted to be next fir attention. More bad luck. Only Tuesday ir Thursday for these fines. Going home tomorrow. Need to go online but no idea how to do it. Please help as I’m ready to pull my hair out. Went to 2 Correa’s and both were packed. Didn’t wait as unsure if they’d have dealt with these fines.

You can do it at any Caixa bank ATM machine

It says on the SUMA website that you can pay it at their offices which is a bit odd as they refused you.

Try on-line with either SUMA or DGT

Ignore the first one and go down to pay fine. Put in reference no from fine. Put in 50% reduction as your paying within 20 days. Press return you will then have to input card details and then you will have to approve the transaction with either a code from your bank which will come to your phone or your bank will say "approved return to in this case SUMA to complete transaction"

I was also told by Suma to wait for my fine to arrive in the post. It was for parking in Guardamar in July. Still waiting.

If it has a bar code on the official form then you can pay it at Caxia ATM don’t know about other banks the code reader is towards the front of the screen.

I’ve paid online for mine, simple enough & if you do have any issues easy to call them
