Removing a wasp nest

Hi can anyone advise me on who to contact to have a wasp nest removed between the gutter and the roof tiles. I'm not sure if this is a council thing or do I contact a private company? Any advice would be appreciated.

Council should do that as wasps are protected

People get pest control in to get rid of them, surely they'd be doing it illegally, do you mean bees are protected?
