Waste bins collection etc

We have been in Quesada for 3 weeks now and have noticed in the Dona Pepe area that the small bins are overflowing with rubbish and loads of weeds growing through the pavements just below coopers bar.
Is there a problem with the council as it wasn’t like this when we were last here in April.
Seems a bit neglected.

We now have a council representative who speaks English at the town hall in Quesada. The idea is so that you can report things such as this. Alternatively log on to the council website and report it there. In my experience they deal with things they know about pretty quickly.
