Easy enough to do yourself turn off water , flush , remove top , internals come out with a twist , either replace [ 30e+] or just renew the big ] washer[s] in the base, washers are around 50/60 cents refit in reverse order and you are done .
Washers are readily available in the ferits , best to take the internals to use as a pattern , you may also get away with just removing the internals and inspection for small particles of grit or debris holding the washer slightly proud of the seat allowing a leak .

Your other big problem can be that you cannot turn the water off because the cheap plastic tap has corroded and failed internally , to combat this turn your taps off and on often to stop them from siezing up and failing , if replacing them get quality metal replacements .
