COMES WITH ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN COVERED WITH A PROTECTOR SO NO MARKS OR STAINS.

I BOUGHT 2 DUVET BED COVER SETS PLUS SINGLE FITTED SHEETS AS WELL WHICH I WILL INCLUDE IN THE PRICE AND QUILT IF NEEDED.
