Train Station

Just wondering if someone can tell me the nearest (or easiest to find) train station for Alicante.
We live in Benijofar. Also is there a timetable?

Is Catral the same place as San Isidro?

No Catral is just off the AP7 the station is at San Isidro on the AP7 heading north turn off junction 733 then left under the motorway first left to San Isrido

Different towns, but there is only one station called Albatera-Catral which is on the outskirts of San Isidro. Confusing. This is the nearest station to Benijofar to catch a train to Alicante. Timetable as per jpeg's link.

That should be first RIGHT to San Isidro, station is on your right as you enter the town

correct it is right

I noticed it last year when we passed that way. You can't miss it. It is sitting out on its own. It must be a very bleak place if the weather is cold and windy. There is parking at the back of it.
