Emailing Avatel

Please help. I’m trying to message Avatel using AVATEL.es to ask to switch off our WiFi. The message isn’t being sent as “incorrect address”. As we’ve been visiting our house regularly , I haven’t bothered to use the switch off facility and uncertain that I’m using the correct address. I want to switch off until January or February but haven’t been successful so far.
Really appreciate any help.

These are now Avatel so try calling or emailing them

Thank you Chris, that’s enormously kind of you. I googled and found a link. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of my contract so was able to use the link using my details from it. I had a reply a few hours ago confirming my instructions. Such a relief!
