Big build heading out of Quesada ?

Had a walk along the top road above lemon tree tree road yesterday. It’s the canal road after it’s passed through la fiesta on the way the Guardamar mast. There’s a huge construction project taking place. Looks to be roads and large areas of compacting taking place. I’ve contacted the construction company to ask them what’s taking place, but so far no reply. Does anyone have any info, it looks like the foundation for a large urbanisation?

I rode past it this morning, it's huge. It looks like they're concentrating on the road side first but a lot of land behind the road is also being prepared. There are flags all over with the name of the construction company but I've got a memory like a sieve.

Not more houses!!! They are building 7500 by Quiron hospital with a massive shopping centre. They can't sell what they have already and the infrastructure, well,......

Oh goody, more vehicles for the N332 to handle. Just what's needed.

And 5000 between punta prima and playa flamenca on the coast side of the n332.

Not sure if it ties in with your location, but it sounds like it might be the building of the new Urbanisation El Mirador as approved by Guardamar Council for between 2000 and 3000 new homes.
