Hi again tried it got the cert download press on it nothing happened.

Must be something wrong with your system as I click the Download button and get follow the steps
It then asks for SIP number and other details.
Several have downloaded the new certificate from that link in the last week and has worked fine.

Are you using a phone or a PC? Not tried it on a phone (mainly cos at my advanced age I can't read the darned thing).

Haha yes marcliff know how you feel and yes it’s on my I fone and did put all the information in maybe I will try it on my I pad if not give up lol. Cheers mate.

Thought they'd maybe stopped them due to not being required anymore.
But I've just download my wife's certificate with 5/5 and no problem but that was on my laptop using that link and a brand new SIP card just issued 10 days ago so the issue date was different but worked fine.

Have you notifications turned on. If you haven't it may have downloaded under the Files App on your phone.
