Yes you can do it yourself. It takes a few attempts to get the data right on the Form 210 but don't give up as you gotta practice. You can fill in as many attempts at the form as you like and once you are satisfied with your final attempt that is the one you will use to take to a Spanish Bank to pay. You can also pay it through your UK Bank Account . Have a look at the information below and see what you think.

Bee

You will need your NIE No
Your UK National Insurance No
Your Full Address in Spain
Your Full Address in the UK

Your most recent SUMA Bill to get your Valor Cadastral. It will be the higher amount on the SUMA Bill under the “Base Imponible”. You multiply the Base Imponible by 2% and the resultant figure is then multiplied by .24 that gives you the income tax figure you have to pay. You input this figure at Determination of the Taxable Base on the Form 210 at next section under Settlement at Box 21 you input 24% and the Form will do the calculations for your tax. You then hit Validate Tax Record at the bottom of the Form and it will generate a pdf. The Form with the Blue F on it is the one you take to the Bank if paying it in Spain. You have to sign and date the form

Accrual Year is 2022 Date of Accrual Year is 31/12/22
Income Obtained
On the Form at Income Obtained you Put In Income Type 02 Income From Urban Property
Determination of the Taxable Base input the 2% of the Base Imponible from your SUMA Bill
Settlement
At Box 21 you input 24%
The form will now automatically calculate the Income Tax Due
Hit Validate Tax Record (at this stage if you have made errors it will point you back to them for correction) you will now get a pdf copy of the completed form. The Page with the Blue F is the one you take to a Spanish Bank to pay.

From the http://www.Andalucia.com Forum who are very good with helping to fill the form . The example is for somebody with a digital signature but most of the information is the same.

It's not necessarily multiplication by 2%. It can be by 1.1% if the rateable has been reviewed/changed since 1994. Unless this has changed for last year. This tax covers the previous year. I haven't done mine yet so haven't caught up if there have been changes.

The Ayuntamientos are supposed to do rate revaluations every 10 years. If your area hasn't had one done since 2012 then you have to use the 2%. If you have had one within 10 years then it's 1.1%. Torrevieja was due one in 2014 but we haven't had one yet. That's what I understand from the regulation.

Yes there is a facility on one of the forms when you generate the pdf to pay it from a foreign bank.
See this page from the Andalucia Form. Once you validate the document you will get further pages on which to fill in your Bank details.
