Converting a manual winding canopy to automatic

If it's fairly new, could you not contact the company to repair it.

We have several wind in toldos and have never felt the need to motorise any of them.

Takes a minute on the winder.

I bought it from leroy merlin last year and called a company to fit it for me
I would need to get leroy merlin to replace it if i could prove it is faulty , and from past experience it is not easy , especially as they did not fit it and could blame the fitters or me for leaving it extended while windy
I think i will try to sort it myself , just need to find a way to put a ladder up on the steps to get a closer look
The motorised idea was just something to make winding it in and out easier

That's a shame because .. in hindsight.. there are some good toldo fitting companies locally.

I will probably give it a go myself first E , i have a few other ideas in the pipeline also
