Club for singles

Postby David Stokes » Tue Nov 14, 2023 8:35 am

At the end of July I lost my wife. Is there a friendly club locally for people are single?

Coopers in Dona Pepa have recently started a friendship club for both couple's and singles.

There is a Bereavement Support Group that meets every Saturday afternoon in the lounge at Laguna Hotel at 3pm
They are a friendly group who go out for meals once a month. You would be made to feel most welcome.

So sorry about losing your wife, my hubby and I have been married nearly 57 years and I honestly do not know how I would cope so good that there are groups out there. Hope it helps you.

I meet a small group at Cooper's Bar Doña Pepa. We meet at 2pm every second Friday. Next meeting is 9th February. Nice group of people, you will be very welcome. Several, like you and me, are recently bereaved.

I do believe there's a group that meet at La Laguna hotel on a Saturday afternoon. To the best of my knowledge it's for people that have been bereaved.
