Inheritance tax

I’ve heard that Comm Valencia have now also
abolished inheritance tax for everyone I.e. including groups 3 and 4
Has Marcliff or anyone else heard anything about this please

I was hoping when I sell my property that I might be able to luchare something smaller rather than struggling to find a long term let to avoid leaving my poor sister with a hefty bill

What if the deceased person was resident in UK only & left UK inheritance to a Spanish resident?
If person died 2022 but inheritance wasn't received till November 2023, is new law from May date of death or date inheritance is received?

That's what I thought, it's under the threshold to pay UK tax. I keep getting conflicting answers from different gestors
